The OneTouch Reveal® mobile app has helped over 4 million* people take a step forward in their diabetes management. The OneTouch Reveal® app can be used to track information from blood glucose meters to support diabetes management.
The OneTouch Reveal® app seamlessly syncs data with the OneTouch Verio Reflect™ meter and the OneTouch Verio Flex® meter to change the way you see your blood glucose.

• Transforms data into colourful snapshots that connect your blood glucose with food, insulin and activity.

The Insulin Mentor™ feature is indicated for people with diabetes requiring bolus insulin, age 18 and older. Before use, a physician or healthcare professional must activate the functionality and program the set-up of patient-specific parameters and patients are required to complete a first-use tutorial. An accurate dose recommendation is dependent upon the data that you entered into the functionality as well as the settings your healthcare professional entered inclusive of your target blood glucose, your insulin-to-carbohydrate ratio, insulin duration and your insulin sensitivity.

Verio synch meter would wouldn’t synchronize with readings. Forget all your stunts on the meter. Delete Application and redo your login and pairing once again.
Was working fine on my iPhone 7 Plus but now that I have the Xs Max, it won’t sync. ????
The meter will not sync with my Galaxy S III. Won't accept my device's PIN. Garbage app. There is no PC software available despite there being a USB port for it. I recommend a more reliable brand of meter. I'm returning mine.
I used to love the meter and app and now, it won't sync w/ the app on my iPhone. I tried everything I could think of - rebooting my phone, turning the bluetooth feature on and off, forgetting the device, deleting the app and re-adding it but it still won't sync anymore. Support said it's not supported on iOS10. Are you kidding me? And that it could take months before they update their app. This is totally not acceptable.
New to texting & like it so far but got a false reading due to user error & there's no way to delete or flag it somehow. Maybe they want to avoid "cheating" although for those of us going through the hassle of testing seem motivated to know our numbers. Even if a reading cant be deleted, the option to flag it as an outlier with explanation, not to be included in averages or summaries but still viewable in the log? Seems like a pretty basic feature to be missing.
